    I have been patronizing your Forest Park location for over 30+ years. Most of those years I lived in Forest Park, less than a mile from their facility. In 2018 I moved downtown, but decided to continue using them because of Dr. Lisa D******* On Oct 11 I arrived 1 MINUTE after they closed to board my dogs and when the staff saw me approach the door they ducked behind the desk to not acknowledge me. I stood there knocking on the door for a full 5 minutes, with the staff peaking up to see if I was still there, before a woman came to the door and said I'm sorry we're closed. There is no one here that can check them in. I pleaded with the woman, told her you've serviced my last five dogs, that I've been a customer for over 30 years. I asked for a manager and she said none were there and then she walked away and said I'll see if I can find someone. At that point at least 5 staff members were standing around the desk. The woman never returned, so conceded and left. Thousands of dollars I've spent with this business over decades and they can't afford me 1 minute of grace. I just boarded them not even a week ago due to a work event and I brought the staff over a dozen cupcakes we had left, which they gladly accepted. I drive 30 minutes passing countless of other vet clinics closer to my home and I couldn't be given 1 minute of grace. I'll be severing ties with this business.
