  Our basement flooded with sewage. It was awful. I was going to to try to clean it up myself but I accepted it was way beyond my scope. I called Dry Effect. They came out quickly to start the drying process and came every day until the mess was cleaned up. We worked mostly with Taylor. He was fantastic! Very professional. Communicated with us frequently and kept us in the loop. If you are in the unfortunate situation of needing restoration services, call Dry Effect!

  We count ourselves very lucky we found this company. We had a water issue in our master bath of our two story home. It flooded the master bath, the living and dining room downstairs and damaged the basement ceiling and walls which were smooth finished drywall. Dry Effect came in, hung plastic effectively closing off the damaged rooms and removed the damaged floors and walls to begin the drying process. The had our furniture and belongings in these rooms professionally packed and stored off site during the restoration process. We had just remodeled the living and dining room two years ago, and it looks now like the damage had never occurred. The were respectful, friendly, and responsive whenever we contacted them. We have had to use a mitigation company one other time, and I would give this one a huge recommendation over the other. The project manager kept all the subcontractors rolling, one following the other so there was no major delays. He stopped by frequently to ensure that all subcontractors were completing the jobs to his standards, which were quite high. Also, Dry Effects worked hand in hand with our insurance company making sure all the work was covered by insurance. They communicated this to us, making the job easy for the adjuster. All the dry effect employees treated our home like it was theirs, making the restoration painless and stress less! If you have an emergency, I would recommend Dry Effect.

  Seth at Dry Effect was amazing! He quickly assessed the situation in the basement where the drains had backed up and took the time to explain the entire process and then an estimate which was very affordable and went above and beyond that same day to complete the job. Professional and very efficient. We will only use Dry Effect for any future problems that arise and I highly recommend them!

  Had sewage backup in lower level of our condo. Damage to drywall and carpet. Dry effect was there right after the plumbers and stayed into the evening to remediate the areas damaged. They were efficient and professional. They removed all the debris from the areas and cleaned up as best possible. They were back two consecutive days to check drying as well as mold development. Our neighbor in the adjoining condo also had damage and Dry Effect helped her. She was as satisfied as were we. We would not hesitate to recommend them should you need such services.

  Great service, great response time and did exactly what they said they’d do. Employees were professional and walked us through each step. With the rain we’ve had lately, we have no leaks. I would highly recommend this company and its staff!

  We had a great experience with Dry Effect. After having our basement remediated, they have come out several times to do readings for us to insure that the mold issue has been resolved. They shared their expertise and a ton of great ideas. They were knowledgable, direct, and easy to communicate with. Wish we had had them fix our basement so writing this recommendation so others can learn from our mistake!! Dry Effect folks are amazing!!
