    We had an issue with our filtration system which was promised to be guaranteed for life. When the third party service tech came out he informed us that this was a warranty claim but the next day the owner of water x pro said it wasn’t, insulted my fiancé as she came to pick up his offering of $50 dollars to give back to us after we paid $5000 for the system to start, 190 per bulb x2, 200 for service fee, and 175 for the replacement part, which like I said was supposed to be under warranty. The owner got loud with my fiancé who is a strong woman being a police officer and stated that her fiancé (me) is a liar and her being a cop should know better….i would steer clear of this business.
