    Poor customer service and poor communication. Ordered a shirt and 2 hats from History Store. Shirt arrived in 4 days. Two weeks later I inquired about the hats, was told I had to wait, normal processing time, 7-10 business days. Few days later a package arrives, not my order. From here communication gets worse and worse, now, no response. Approaching two months since my order was placed. I easily see why there are such poor customer ratings.

    Hi ***- We are sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with ordering our hats. The hats tend to take a longer time for processing than shirts due to the embroidery details. We apologize that you received the wrong hat initially and show that we were able to get a replacement out to you that was delivered as of 10/27. If you did not receive a correct replacement, please reach out to us and we can get that corrected. In the meantime, we have also issued a refund for the incorrect item you received previously. Please let us know if there are any other issues!
