    I visited this location to get a wheel estimate lady in the back room looked at me several times and never attempted to help me, finally a young man from the back, came out and made me an appointment. The morning of the appointment due to recent back surgery I had nerve pains and could not drive my vehicle there. The lady that answered the phone was extremely busy and rude to me and continue to talk over me. She informed me that we no longer could drop off vehicles . Every time I started to ask me a question she shut me down. She originally said Im sorry I had four calls on hold so I said OK call me back when you have time and she goes Ive taken care of them in a rude voice, and says, what do you need, I will never use that service ever because of her rudeness !!!!!!
