    This company did my roof a few years ago. It was very hard to communicate with the workers since none of them spoke English. A few days ago, I hired a different roofer, to install baskets on my chimneys, to prevent bats, etc. While the NEW roofer was up there, they took pictures showing me that dormers on both sides had old disgusting shingles, not repaired by Murphy Home improvement when the roof was done. After calling murphy home improvement today, I was told that's not part of the roof. They won't repair! I wouldn't recommend murphy home improvement to a dog!!! Stay away from murphy home improvement. They will s**** you every time.

    Murphy home improvement installed a roof at **** ******* **** Cincinnati, Ohio 45211 back in November 2020. The job was sold to **** ****** who I think is the brother of ***** ********. Mr. ****** is the person who we dealt with. He is the one who signed the contract and paid for the roof. We installed new shingles on the entire roof. The shingles that ***** ******** is talking about are shingles that are installed on the sides of her dormers as a cladding system that is the same as siding. The sides of a dormer are not part of a roof installation. If she is interested in installing new siding on those areas that is something that we can give her a bid on If she would like.

    THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH, 2 YEARS AND I AM STILL WAITING ON THEM TO RETURN AND FINSH MY JOB. THIS IS AFTER MR M***** SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEMS. MR M***** EVEN CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT THE JOB AND AGREED THAT IT WAS A BAD JOB, SO THE PROBLEM STARTS AT THE TOP AND IT SHOWS.

    Tom M***** sent me a message on 1/8/24, said he will take care of the problems in the next couple weeks. Same thing he said 1 1/2 years ago,them saying the job was completed and paid for with no problems is not the truth. Tom M***** came over personally and looked at the job. But as they said it was paid in full. So no big deal on there end to fix any issues. I have pictures of my yard with their truck broken down and them doing brakes on it. Killed my grass and they said nothing, when I said something they told me I had the best crew on my job.

    We contacted Murphy Home Improvement about 50 weeks ago to submit a small work order on their job at our house that they did 2 1/2 years ago. Confirmed the work order 10 days after the initial call. Found my paper on that last week, 50 weeks after the initial call. They said that they still had the work order and could get to it in a few weeks. The work that needed to be done, would have only took about an hour. Fifty weeks was more than enough time to get back to us.
    We were not going to do business with them any more. We did not want them to return because we did not believe that they would do as they promised. We requested that they fix their system because 50 weeks is too long to wait for a response. Dissatisfied with responses from 2 different people at the business.

    We did service work for this customer and is was marked completed in our system. I do not understand why somebody would wait 50 weeks to call us back to fix something that we did not know that anything needed to be serviced. When he called we told him would would schedule the work in a couple of weeks but then he called the next day and told us not to worry about it.
