    My husband and another couple and myself had dinner at Vinoklet 10/21. Per their website there is a 18% gratuity charge for a party of 6 or more. We paid for our meal and was charged a gratuity charge of $15.53 when we were a party of 4. When I contacted Kim ( who had an attitude) because I said that we were not charged correctly. She states everyone is charged 18% no matter the party size. I told her on the website it stated differently. At this point I just want my whole bill returned for false advertisement and the lack of customer service experience that I have received from this company. *** refused the gift card of $15.53 because we do not plan to return to this restaurant. I feel that people must be aware that they are taking advantage of customers.


    She states that when they called to confirm the reservation they advise the guest that gratuity is included and that was not the truth. They inform you after they have rang the order. Customers are alway right when the proof is there. I saved a copy of what it read on the website. I dont want a gift card that I will never use. Just refund my card.
