    I got a balance and a gel polish on Tuesday October 18.2022, I noticed the nails were uneven, bumpy and crooked when I left but I just left it alone because I was just going to get it fixed at the next balance. Then the gel started to peel off the next night… I called in on Thursday over 7 times and I called Friday only to find out they were closed for the Pumpkin Show. I took some pictures of my nails and decided I wanted to get them fixed I went across the street to another nail salon and they fixed them for me. Today, Monday October 24, I called in to let them know what had happen and they said ‘the best I can do is give you a gift card or half off your next balance’ I said I’d rather just have my money back as I had to pay for someone to fix them after I already paid 48.00 for them to do them & they said ‘that’s a sucky situation and there’s nothing I can do to help you you should’ve come back to get them fixed…. I then told him I did come back but you were closed & he said yes we closed for the pumpkin show and he just kept repeating himself. I talked to the manager KEN & got the owners name and he said I would just have to call in a few times a day everyday to get in touch with the owner.
