I have rented from this company for 4+ years! I am currently dealing with harassment and bogus charges from the company. They have no reason to evict me so the wife (**** bialy) of **** bialy has taken it upon herself to try and force me out. She has been setting outside my home making police reports and entered my home yesterday without any notice. HUD has failed this property several times and in the past I was charged the rent hid would not pay for the home not passing inspection due to landlord failure to correctly provide maintenance. Now the HUD inspector is a personal friend of **** and **** and is passing their inspections on a person note when the home is being left at risk of mine and my children’s safety. I am filing a report with my police department today for harassment. This company tells all their tenants lies that the property has never had previous bugs or damages they lie as about water damage. There is 2 spots in my floor that are falling in and they refuse to fix.
I would like for the company to complete all their repairs and not charge me for the damage done by their own maintenance. I would also like to be reimbursed anything I have paid for in damages and to be left alone and not harassed at my own home by the owners or any of their employees

We have adhered to the signed lease agreement entered into between Tenant and ourselves as well as all PMHA inspections and repair items noted.  We have documentation of all work orders created by the tenant, PMHA and/or the landlord and the tenant has access to all of this as well.  Recently, the unit was scheduled for a re-inspection by PMHA and myself, tenant and the inspector were all present at the scheduled time. We provided the Tenant and PMHA with ample written notice regarding the non-renewal of the lease.
