  From the minute I contacted Joel, I received great customer service. He helped walk me through the process of filing a claim with my insurance company and made it so easy. He was always prompt to reply to my inquiries and got on the job ASAP, which is what we needed. His follow-through is awesome and the main thing is, our roof looks excellent! I would highly recommend this company!

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
  Very unprofessional. Very rude and disrespectful. Very argumentative and unreliable. Does not take accountability for anything and blames others for mistakes done by his “company”.
  Work was done incorrectly/poorly. Communication was not good. There were threats and arguments over getting Joel out to review work. Kept us waiting for months, then decided he’d send someone out because they were bored.
  We have evidence to back this complaint up.
  DO NOT TRUST THIS “business”!

  Lol, very interesting review. Might want to mention you owe me upwards of $17,000 CURRENTLY, and that I have spent countless hours trying to schedule a time to come out and mend the two pieces of siding and roof your husband damaged. Unlike you, I have proof, which you should be receiving in the mail any day now, as far as “threats” I did make you aware legal action would be taken if final bill wasn’t paid, I do happen to have some messages from your husband tho actually threatening me till 2 am which is beyond me, also have a recording of me and your husbands full walk through of the job and him telling me how great it was, and I must say, it turned out beautifully! Going from paying me in cash directly, and me saying no I would rather get insurance to cover it because you had storm damage, and then getting it all covered for not a penny out of your pocket you sure seem very very very ungrateful, especially considering the siding alone was almost $15k cheaper than anyone else’s. I own a very well respected and operated business, but everyonce in a while even someone like me runs into a horrific customer who tries to steal and get away with it. If anyone is reading this I hope they enjoy a good laugh, and if any contractors out there reading this, avoid these people at all costs. Nothing worse than dealing with a non paying customer, especially when it’s insurance paid. Thanks!

  Hands down the best service we have received! Called 7 other companies, Joel showed up SAME DAY! Fixed leak and was done within an hour! After 3 days or searching and no response or a response of “we will get out there sometime soon” from other local companies he asked for address and was on the roof within an hour! Very very very HIGHLY RECOMENDED!

  Going through the ‘first time home buying’ process the last few weeks has been stressful but thankfully was connected with Joel who was more than willing to get me an estimate and inspection same day! He answered my many questions and broke everything down for me so I could understand! It’s not everyday that you receive such intentional service! I am looking forward to partnering with him and getting my new roof soon!
