    About 17 years ago, I lived in the area and used Coffee Movers several times. They were always excellent which is why I hired them several times. I recently returned to the area and hired them to move my household about 5-6 miles. I packed about half my stuff and Coffee packed the other half. I moved the end of October and Im still unpacking boxes and, unfortunately, still finding broken belongings. It's very frustrating and with some items, it's sad.
    Broken items include (not all are listed): the bowl of a new ceramic bird bath; the head of a cement rabbit lawn decor; broken tiles on top of a table; vase: wooden tray; amethyst book end; bucket, etc. All broken items packed by Coffee and I have photos but don't see where to post them.

    All the boxes I packed were clearly marked which room they went in and all rooms had signs identifying the room; the boxes the packers packed were also labeled yet I still found many boxes not where they were supposed to be so I had move them. Some items labeled for the house were placed in the barn, which leaks, and got wet.

    Overall, the move was disappointing. I tipped each packer $50.00 (4 packers) and each mover $100.00 each (five-six movers), plus pizza and soft drinks for the movers for lunch. I try and treat everyone with kindness and respect, but Im starting to think I'm a fool because it's so rare anymore.
    I'm 69 years old and if I could have packed all my stuff and moved it myself, I would have.

I think we could restore your faith in our services and our quality service if you would communicate with our office about this issue. I can tell you that knowing is half of the battle and the most crucial part because if we do not know we cannot correct problems and communicate with our staff for the quality control we strive for daily. I hope you will call us ************ so we have a chance for some corrections to be made.
