    I contacted this business for help in filing my payroll tax when my regular accountant was ill. An agreement was reached on a price for which she would "walk me through" the process by phone since we were some distance apart. We set an appointment to do this but she had to reschedule because of ice on her street. On the reschedule date, she did not call me and, after waiting 20 minutes, I called her. She reported losing track of the time and said she was working on another account; if she tried to view my information, she would lose the other person's information. Then she told me that I would have to call the Ohio Business Gateway to access some things I would need. We had both known that I needed this access when we spoke before, but she had said she could help me with that. In this conversation, she was telling me she couldn't. By this time, the filing deadline was only 5 days away. I sought other solutions at this point as I no longer trusted her to help me. I would not recommend this business.

    **** ****** contact Thomas Accounting on 1/29/2024 to assist with her payroll tax because her accountant was unable to complete her work for her. She did not have an Ohio gateway account open to complete her forms. Unfortunately, I did not have opening to complete this work for her. I inform her that I was unable to do the work at this short notice, due to fact I was completing year-end work for Thomas Accounting clients.
