  We had our mailbox removed from our driveway that delivers approximately 16-20 residents mail daily. The box door would not close so the post office removed it. They said they cannot replace it until the concrete pad is replaced. M2 Management was aware of this issue immediately in Dec 2021. It is not Sept 2022 and the box is still not replaced, not the concrete pad replaced. We were told due to cold weather, it would be spring. Summer has pretty much came and went. We had our annual meeting in Aug and were told the concrete co would be out the following week to replace the pad. That didnt happen... The post office also sent out a crew to install the new box.
  The poor communication between the management company, the concrete company and now the post office has still left very irritated residence who have to continue to go to the post office regularly to get their mail since it cannot be delivered still. It has been more than 8 months, this is getting to be ridiculous! When I called and spoke to Heather she said she cannot make the concrete company schedule for them. I get that, but something has to be done! She gave me the name of the concrete company who supposedly has been doing the concrete work for years (******** ********** When I looked them up online to try and call for some type of response, it states that # is no longer a w2orking #. Tried a second # and got no answer. Looked them ********) up on line and they have horrible reviews and Im not sure M2 Management or the board members representing our Phase 1 board are capable of doing the jobs they have been voted in to do. Things really need to change - this is poor management by both groups.

  Your association is unfortunately experiencing the shortcomings of the current labor market and these are issues out of our control. This is the same concrete vendor that you approved when you served on the board of directors in the past and that has worked in the association for over 10 years. I understand that the work has begun today so hopefully this mailbox can be installed very soon,

  Being a board member doesn’t give you individual choices. Those are made as a group with a majority rule. I still believe that 9 months is entirely unacceptable and as a board or management company you should have done better. However, I did pull on yesterday and see that concrete is dug up everywhere. So hopefully they will stay on track and get this completed so we all can have our mail delivery return as normal after almost a year.
