      Sold me damaged goods. Never got my money back but was offered a store credit. This company stole my money I do not recommend locksmiths to use their products.

      Thank you for reaching out to us through our BBB account. I took the liberty to pull up your account and wanted to clarify a few things regarding your review. Your store credit issues were never for damaged items. You have three total store credit refunds. One of them was for an order you canceled and requested store credit. The other two were credited to your account because we were out of stock on the items you wanted to purchase. Again, when our team reached out to you, you requested store credit.
      I understand that now you have changed your mind and wish your store credit to be issued to you in the form of a check. However, once store credit is issued per the customer’s request, we cannot change it to another form of payment.
      While I completely understand this policy may frustrate you, it is my hope that both parties can remain professional and honest. I ask that you please refrain from using harmful allegations against our company. We did not steal money from you. We issued you store credit because you requested it, and none of your refunds were for damaged items that were returned. Your store credit is still ready to use on your account if you decide to make a purchase with us.
