    On 11/24/23 went to purchase vehicle, saw the vehicle drove it around the corner asked dealer/owner problem with car he said no problems just have to replace fluids in car since the car was used. I drove it to work and noticed it was pulling to the side continuously so I stopped driving until I could get it to the shop. When I get it to a auto shop he goes underneath to find the gas tank strapped on the frame was cracked the subframe was rusted out and falling apart. This car was not supposed to be sold let alone driven by no one it was a death trap when he sold it and I could have lost my life and my passengers life all because he wanted to make a quick buck.I am thoroughly disappointed I'm not a mechanic but I would have known not to try to sell a vehicle like this

    I purchased a vehicle with Elite Auto Dealz prior to the knowledge of the e-Val box being pinned underneath the car with a run-of-the-mill bungee cord. After speaking with a professional mechanic, it is my understanding that the vehicle is in fact not safe to operate. I contacted the seller of the vehicle and requested a refund but he has declined claimed the vehicle was sold on an “as is” basis and is willing to take the matter to court as opposed to doing the correct thing. I have had the vehicle for less than 48 hours and am making a final attempt to resolve the issue before going to court as well as document the foul-play.

    The car was sold “as is” and agreed to be brought at its current condition at time of sale. To be noted car was inspected by mechanic of choice by Ms. Arnold prior of purchase in which she accepted car with all known mechanics.
