    I was given an estimate of $860 and then was told it would be $1200. I was given the estimate and I signed it then when it was time for the work to be done they decided they needed to charge me almost $400 more for labor.

    Customer was given an incorrectly typed estimate. We have a new hire that did not properly input the correct labor times for the job. When it was a discovered by management, I adjusted the estimate accordingly and had our desk reach out for an update. No work was started this job was still in an estimate stage not an invoice. Therefore a simple decline of services was requested and that concluded the matter. So there’s no real discrepancy here.

    I am writing to formally file a complaint against Rashad ******* and Start 2 Finish Automotive LLC which is located at 4370 Cranwood Pkwy
    Warrensville Heights, OH regarding the incomplete and substandard repairs performed on my vehicle. The owner Rashad ******* also cashed 2 party insurance check with me and also his business I never signed for the repairs.

    On July 29,2024 , I brought my vehicle to Start 2 Finish Automotive LLC for [specific repairs, e.g., bodywork, wheel alignment, and other mechanical repairs]. Unfortunately, their work was not completed properly and has caused me significant concern about the safety and functionality of my vehicle. Specifically:
    1. The tie rods were left loose, creating a significant safety hazard that could have led to a serious accident.
    2. Body repairs were not completed correctly, with missing nuts and bolts that were not replaced during reassembly.
    3. The wheel alignment, which I paid for, was not performed as promised, leaving my vehicle unsafe to drive.

    This negligence on their part not only failed to address the original issues with my vehicle but also put my safety and that of other drivers at risk. I am requesting the BBB investigate this matter and assist me in seeking a resolution. Specifically, I am requesting that Start 2 Finish Automotive LLC:
    • Refund the costs associated with the incomplete and negligent repairs.
    • Provide a written explanation of their failure to complete the work as agreed.
    • Cover the costs of having the repairs properly completed at another repair facility.

    I have copies of all relevant documentation, including the original repair estimate, receipts, and photographs of the incomplete or substandard work.

    On April 28,2024 I took my car to Rashad ******* at Start To Finish( 4370 Cranwood Parkway, Cleveland, Ohio) to have it repaired . I was informed that I needed to pay an amount for him to get the parts first before fixing the car. I submitted $ 1700 to him to fix the car. I made multiple calls and text messages to inquire about the status of the car being fixed. I was told that the parts had not come in. On June 21,2024 Rashad informed me that he was still gathering parts. On August 16,2024 I stopped by the shop to check on the progress of the car. Unfortunately the left back window was broken out of car. When I reached out to Rashad ******* , he stated that there was some vandalism in the lot. On August 19,2024 I went and had the car towed back to my residence. On September 3, 2024 I was informed that Rashad was waiting for the check from the parts store. On October 4, 2024 Rashad informed me that the check came in and that he would call me back. He has been very dismissive and disrespectful on resolving this issue. I certainly need closure and feel that this has been a very unprofessional experience .
