    I had my bathtub glaze on 2/17/2022 the warranty on my bathtub was for 10 years here it is March 24 of 2025. The Tub start to pit the material star coming up. I called Luis that is the owner and his son that operates the business. I was told to send pictures of the Bath Tub which I did.Luis say he will come and look at it the owner of the company came out, which is Luis on 3/525 Luis said he would repair my tub on 3/15/25 did not show did not send me a text message or email me. I called him on the 3/19/25 he pretty much ghosted me and I called on my grandson‘s phone and he answer and I asked him about what happened and he got real nasty with me and and as who is this, and I said this is Imani and he act like he didn’t know who I was, and I reminded him he talked abouthis mother and showed me pictures of his family. I really feel that he should give me my money back, but I’m not trying to hire Attorney to get $315 back. That is what paid him.

    I hired BT-Techs to do 2 of my properties bathtub, They did such a nice job I wanted them to come and do another house of mine.
    I had them come out and look at it and they were able to do the job. They came out and did it all in 1day. I came back a few hours later, after letting him in ( cuz he didn't like me hanging around like I did the first time around.) I noticed that you could still see the skid pads(shells) on the bottom of the tub. I asked him if it was going to stay like that and he said "yes" he was done. I told him it looked awful and I wanted to talk to the owner( his Father) and have him come out and take a look.
    When he came out he said "it looks fine and that's the best they could do ". Asked me if I was happy and I said 'NO" and he just kept walking to his car.
    After he left I had 2 other Bathtub refinishing companies, come out and take a look. They both told me that it should have been sanded more and filled..
    I had 2 other bathtubs I wanted them to do for me ,but with they way it looks I'm not happy at all.
    This job was on 09/10/24 I paid him $450.00 and I'm not happy and feel I got ripped off.
    someone needs to call me so this can be fixed.

    When we repaired the bathtub we went the lowest we could go without breaking the porcelain. We explained that to the consumer.  We spent alot of time on the bathtub for $450.  I could come back and scrap the material I put on there so you see there is no sticker or anything but it would be a new job.
