    I entered into an agreement and/contract with Profitable Automation to open and run an Amazon store for me during August 2024. They took my 28,500.00. I had initially obtained references and customers feedback about this company. I reviewed videos and graphs with Profitable Automation about opening the Amazon store. Profitable Automation run by Duffy ***** stole my money and did not open an Amazon store for me. They lied and I didn't find out until more recently what a scam they are. They also have **** ***** company.

    I contacted Profitable Automation about purchasing and setting up an automated Amazon Seller Store. My intial fee of $24,000.00 was paid on 7/10/2024 and was to setup and establish an Amazon store for my LLC. I also paid on $5,000.00 on 10/9/2024 for inventory to be placed in the store. The store was never operational along with not receiving any inventory. I spoke with the owner Duufy ***** about getting a full refund as stated in the P. A. contrac,t which he assured me would be no problem. Later, I found out Profitable Automation was part of an FTC v. E Com Genie injunction filed approx. 10/15/2024 and he no longer had any control of the P.A.
