I had bought a vehicle from the dealer Curtis h***. On October 11th 2023. I've paid 2250 for the vehicle. When I went to look at the vehicle I noticed the check engine light on. I've asked him was there anything wrong with the vehicle he told me no. I took his word for it. After purchasing the vehicle I took the vehicle to O'Reilly's to get it checked out as far as the check engine light they said that it was an EGR that needed replaced. I was perfectly fine with that because it was a 50.00 part and labor wasn't expensive .On October 20th I took it to rainbow muffler and they did a full check on the vehicle. The vehicle has over 1900.00 dollars worth of work including a intake gasket leak which can possibly be a blown head gasket. So they put fluid in it to slow the leak which made the vehicle still driveable. I texted MR.H*** about the situation and I was told to come up with 1000.00 for him to put me in a different vehicle. I told him I would possibly have the money November 15th and to let me know what he has. We were both in agreement on putting me in a different vehicle. I decided to go to his location to let him look at the vehicle himself he test drove it and told me he doesn't see anything wrong with it. I've provided him with proof of everything wrong with the vehicle now he's telling me to come up with 1500.00 more to put me in something else when that was not the first agreement we had. I understand that *** used vehicles will have problems but 1900.00 is just unrealistic to me considering the fact I did not have this vehicle for a month yet. Right is right and wrong is wrong. This guy sold me a lemon to make quick cash. That's not fair to me as I put my hard earned money to get an ok vehicle. I would like a replacement vehicle or possibly my money back for a vehicle that is clearly a lemon and not worth fixing. I have more screenshots of messages between me and him.

On October 21, 2022 I purchased a vehicle from carland and was told it was a good running vehicle, 30 minutes after receiving and driving the vehicle home the check engine light came on and then I had to change every sensor on the vehicle in order to pass the emission test.
At the time of purchasing my vehicle I was told that I would receive my title by November 30,2022 that didn't happen which I had to purchase another 45 day temporary tag and waiting to receive my title. I don't think this company shouldn't be in business they are taking people money and not fulfilling their duties. Can you please help resolve this.

    Thanks
