    In all of my experience of car rentals this was far the worst I’ve ever experienced. My truck was in the shop so I needed a rental for business use only and Getting my children prepared for this upcoming school year. Since **** can be pretty expensive I thought this would save money.

    I found Jc Rentals on Google. When I called I spoke with Jerry and came in and was put inside a 2011 Kia Optima. I paid for a 3 day rental and full coverage insurance Aug 5 - Aug 8. I spent 240$ in total. The vehicle was stolen from me right from my home, during a power outage Aug 7th. Between the hours of 6-8am.

    I immediately called the company and i told them that have the vehicle and that I was responsible for all the damages. Something just felt off so I ask for the police report and never got it.I also was told that they would have another vehicle for me. I was told to call back in a few hours once they got an estimate of the damages. Although I was hesitant on accepting another vehicle. I really had to make it to my son’s freshman orientation that day.

    Once I called back Jerry told me that I would not be getting a vehicle and that the money for my last day would be put towards damages. And that due to the power outage they wouldn’t have an estimate on the vehicle for a few days.

    So at this point I’m crying because I spent money for a vehicle I can’t use, I can’t get my task accomplished for today and I won’t be getting refunded. On top of that now I’m being charged for something that was out of my control. Money I don’t have. Jerry tells me then to calm down. Don’t worry about the damages. And now I’m here with no vehicle to make it to my sons orientation and a lost of funds. I just feel like this was an all around bad decision to come here.
