I paid $2400 for this man to do a wrap on my car. I gave him the car in the end of December he was supposed to have the car done by March 28 my first issue is I did not receive my car back until June. When I did receive my car back it looked as if a two year old had done it. Not one panel on my car was wrapped correctly. The neon lights that he was supposed to installed we’re not only hanging out from under the hood they also were connected incorrectly which drained my battery which cost me more money in the end. My car is a convertible I lost a whole season of being able to drive it because the whole time he had it it was being done incorrectly so by the time I got it back I had to remove what he had done and find a company that could actually complete the job. I have now paid for the same job twice he refuses to give me my money back. He offered to work it out but the only way to work it out is for me to either buy stuff I don’t need or let somebody I don’t trust work on my car.

In regards to this complaint. Ms. **** brought her vehicle in to store in our storage garage at a rate of $90 per month. She paid the first month and then told us she would like to have her vehicle wrapped. She did not give us a time frame to do the wrap as she is stating. We out sourced the design of the wrap and the print. Upon starting the wrap we noticed the car was not in condition optimal for being wrapped. So parts had to be sent out to a local body shop to be stripped and repainted. There were many extras we did to appease Ms. ****. When she picked up the car there were some things she brought to our attention that she was not happy with. I agreed to have anything she wasn’t happy with redone free of charge. She took the car and agreed to bring the car back after she could enjoy it for a while. She left without paying the $549 for the lighting. After a a couple of weeks she informed me that she was taking care of the wrap somewhere else which was her right. I agreed to credit her for the wrap to avoid any further conflict. This isn’t the first car she has brought to us and has caused a scene at our place of business and social media. She said she would like to use her in store credit for tires, a remote start, and a remote start alarm on her Mercedes. I agreed to this. She came in and we put tires and remote start on her Lexus. This was a $1,250 value. After we were done with the Lexus she no longer wanted the Mercedes done and asked for a cash refund. We have a no cash refund policy that is clearly printed on the bottom of the receipt. At this point she decided that she would take us to court. After filing in court she has repeatedly texted my personal phone complaining. Every morning I would get a text about how she didn’t like her remote start and wanting us to upgrade her remote start. We are at the point that we would like to have this settled in court. I’m convinced she will continue to be unsatisfied with whatever we do for her. In 17 years We’ve never not been able to make things right with a customer. We tried to be more than fair. We stand behind our work. I would’ve loved to see the car again after she stated every panel had a problem. We were not given this opportunity to correct any issues with the wrap.
