    Sept 8th my husband and I stopped by Boss tint and was greeted by Eddie, the owner. We asked about pricing but more importantly the legal limit of tint, which we agreed 60 on front 40 back. This was important since 3 years prior my old camry had 25 on all 5 windows resulting in a tint ticket. He said 185 cashapp or cash only, for visor and 5 windows on my civic. We said okay, sent it on our way there to drop it off the next morning. They finished it in 2 hours. I contacted him the next day regarding sticker bumbs on back, front ones where lifting and they didn't clean them so there where streaks everywhere. He said bring it back Monday, after holiday. This never happened. My son was sick that Monday, I asked him if any other day was good. He said he'll let me know. After several calls, texts and closed the 2 times we drove by in a 3 week period. We said we'll wait till the spring (since winter and holidays was approaching). Fast forward, 2 weeks ago I get pulled over for my tint. No traffic laws broken, but the tint was measured at 28%, no where near the legal limit like we discussed and negotiated prior to payment of service. I honestly and many others didn't think it was dark tint since on a sunny day you can see through the car from all windows but the back passenger sides. Officer said the visor tint was too low to eye view by half! We where planning to go back and get replaced since he originally offered life time warranty on a rushed crappy job. He also advertising on his building full car any size for 100 but charges me almost double. I don't want them to redo my car, they can't be trusted, looking like underground gangs or cartels, So I'm asking Boss Tint to just do the right thing, give us the 185 back that I originally complained and got ignored about! Secondly, reimburse my tint ticket. If we don't hear from you within 30 days on where to distribute the returning funds, than I will contact the Ohio attorney general & Ohio business, to collect it for me!

    I contacted them to perform window tint and went on a Saturday. He qouted me $160 and I gave him a $20 tip. They sped through the service and messed up the rear window horribly, but I didn't notice until I got home. I contacted the owner who stated they would fix it the following day. The following day I contacted him in which he stated they ran out of tint and would do it Monday. Monday I contacted him and he stated he was still out of tint, but should have it by 3:30pm and would call me. I received no phone call and attempted to call him at 5:30pm in which he hung up. I tried again a few minutes later in which he never responded.
