    I paid for a year of streaming service and my username and password that they sent me is invalid. I have sent them numerous emails explaining this. They did respond back a few times but since has not responded to me at all.

    We signed up for their service on ******************** to power our fire stick, and the website shows a 30 day free trial with each subscription. We signed up for three months, so we could try it out. We did not like it, so we tried to call the company Several times and just got a beeping noise. We emailed them almost 10 times asking for a refund and cancellation of our service. After about a week, we have not heard from them. We tried to sign into our account using our username/email, but their website told us that email was not found , yet they sent us a receipt to that same email address. This company needs to refund us the $42 and do a much better job with Customer Service. This is the only way that we know how to get their attention, since they have not responded to any emails, And the phone number shown on their website is bogus!
