    Jerome of J&J Hardy’s Construction a.k.a. GHardy Plumbing/Construction did not follow up on the work that he did not complete. I want to clarify, my complaint is not about landscaping, it's about the contractor not removing the large pile of dirt left on the lawn as he had promised a number of times. I made several phone calls and text messages to Gerome Hardy over several weeks. He politely promised and lied about having his worker come out to finish the work. In one conversation he said, you are not the only customer to have this experience with my worker. I made a written complaint to the local city Housing Dept. who called Mr. Hardy about the my complaint. Mr. Hardy lied to the inspector and said I was complaining about landscape work. I provided pictures of the huge pile of dirt to the Housing Dept. to validate my complaint. The complaint is registered with the city of Shaker Heights.
