    I purchased a CPR renewal class in December and scheduled for Dec 19. The class was canceled 5 hours before the start time. I then rescheduled for Jan 23. This class was canceled with only 3 hour notice and it was due to an instructor's birthday. Finally, I rescheduled for Feb 8. The night before the class, I received notice that the class would start 1 hour late so I arrived at that time. There were about 10 people outside the door waiting for the instructor. We waited for 20 minutes in the cold and no one showed and no one was reachable at the company.
    I requested a refund. This is a work requirement and it is pass due. I need to seek another company that can accommodate the renewal class in a more timely manner. I requested a refund from them and they said they can only reschedule the class but they would not charge a rescheduling fee.
    I have already missed work in planning to take the class 3 other times and this is starting to risk my job.
    The refund is for the organization I work for and would allow me to choose a different vendor.
