I had decided to do business with this company . A week later I decided. I didn’t really want to do business with this company anymore because they wasn’t communicating with me on the steps that they were doing to correct my credit. I told Tay the owner that I just wanted to go with another company and I asked if I could get a refund, he made me aware that if he gave me a Refund it would be reported to the credit bureau, i then advise him that he could just keep the $100 bucks because it wasn’t that serious. We then talked and i decided to go ahead and stay with
This company on correcting my credit we both had agreed through text , He advised me to make an appointment on Monday so we can start taking the necessary steps to get my credit back on track. I didn’t contact him the day he told me to , Tuesday morning I woke up to and email from his company stating that they canceled my subscription after me and him had just had a conversation that I was going to continue his services , he canceled my subscription without even telling me why he did after we just had a conversation through text that I was going to keep it . I then asked him for a refund since he canceled my subscription , right after we had an agreement that I was going to keep it . After I texted him asking him why he did he text me back asking me to call him I told him no that I was good and to take care I blocked him after I sent the text to him , and then I blocked his instagram account because I didn’t want him contacting me anymore. He then texts me off of another number , telling me how iam such a bad customer and how unprofessional iam about things . And then tells me that he will be sure to put that collection on my report under signed contract I disobeyed.. I didn’t disobeyed no contract because he is the one that canceled my subscription so him telling me that he’s going to put false information on my credit report is illegal and action should be taken .

    Business Response

Hello, *******. I would love to respond to the client complaint.

The client wanted unrealistic results within just 7 days of service. I told the client that disputing on his behalf takes time. The bureaus have 30-45 days to investigate on his first round; he reached out November 30th after 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time when we were closed at that time so we couldn’t respond right back durning that time.

After we spoke Saturday December 3rd, he stated that he wanted to cancel and wanted a refund we told him we do not offer refunds after the 3rd day of the signed contract I told him before he makes this decision give us a call, he then told us that he were busy and that he will call Monday December 5th.

We did not receive that call on December 5th.

So on December 6th we decided to cancel his subscription like he first wanted, since he didn’t our intentions was that he wanted to just cancel his subscription since we didn’t get that call.

We were surprise by that because he was not giving the credit bureaus time to do a proper investigation on his credit report.

The client texted us after we canceled his subscription and we called him right after he texted but he didn't pick up. Instead he continued to text without handling the situation over the phone.

So he got upset and left mean messages. I asked if I can give him a call then he called me a dawg and told me to take care.

I’ve let him know that we do not chase people down that’s no longer interested and we thought that he wanted to go with his first mind since the client didn’t reach out Monday.

During the client consultation we told him what to expect and that we do not offer any guarantees and disputing takes time and it could take up to 3-6 months in order to get some results.

The client understood the process and the protocols.

Now that we understand that the client wanted something done within just a short period of time after we told him several times that restoring his credit is not a quick fix.

We will not go forward with contacting any collection agencies; we will grant the client that wish only. We will also wish the very best for that client and hope that he finds what he’s looking for.

I will send the signed contract agreement below so you can see what they’ve signed.
