    I received my doll with a couple of teeth and she is just as cute as a button! I thought she would be more of a soft flexible material and I was SuPrIsEd she had No Shoes or Socks but that's not a big deal.. I will definitely buy from this company again!!

    Sadly there are hundreds of knock-off and fake reborns sites out there that trick you into buying a high quality looking doll (many times they steal photos from our website) and then send you (1-2 months later) a low quality knock-off doll from China that looks nothing like what you ordered and is something that you could buy at Wal-mart for $20.

    Reborns.com is the only legit site to purchase a reborn baby from if you don't want to be scammed. I made the mistake of purchasing from another site that uses stolen pictures from actual reborn artists and got scammed out of a lot of money. There are so many talented artists on reborns.com and my artist Kimberly made the most beautiful reborn girl for me. She kept in constant communication with me and sent pictures of the process. If you want an authentic reborn please order from reborns.com. I will definitely be ordering from this site again.

    Absolutely horrible!!!! I was reselling a doll that I actually purchased from a other seller on that site, and some busybody, who thinks she a know it all, reported the doll I was selling was fake, IT IS NOT!!!!!! The idiot ( my opinion ) that runs the site takes this broads word and takes my doll off! Like I said I bought it on his site!!!! I won't waste my time selling on the site ever again. What a horrible way to do business!!!!

    I run tight ship on Reborns.com and take serious any report of fakes or knock-off dolls being listed. I try my hardest to ensure that only legitimate dolls are being listed. This is no easy task since so many new dolls get listed every day. And since I do not own or have in my possession the dolls that are being listed it is sometimes very hard to check or know the legitimacy of a doll. Occasionally a knock-off doll that is a very good fake does slip through the cracks and/or isn't reported by the army of over 500 other sellers on the platform who also help to keep the site clean and free of knock-off dolls (by reporting them).
    This is most likely what happened with the doll that Pam bought. The doll was only brought to my attention as being a potential fake after she listed it in trying to resell it. But once I received the report of it being a possible fake (with compelling evidence included) it would have been negligent of me as the admin of the website to not follow up on the report or to let her resell the doll only because she bought it on the platform originally.
    I tried contacted Pam to discuss the matter but she immediately got defensive and irate and was not at all open to exploring if the doll could be a knock-off doll. Instead she insisted that it was preposterous that is could be a fake and demanded that I close her account and vowed to never to use Reborns.com again because I was questioning her.
    If doing my job to ensure that only legitimate dolls are listed on Reborns.com means I will have to accept receiving a negative review from an upset seller who isn't being allowed to list a potential knock-off doll then I will gladly accept it. Keeping the quality and trust of the listings on the Reborns.com marketplace is much more important.

    I have only puchased two dolls from jennifer t******* and love them both .I wpould love to purchase more but I am terrified of scammers and don't know who to thrust. I used tomakereproduction poceline dolls,from pouring slip into molds firing them,painting them assembling them and designing their clothes. i know thework involved. Right now I'm in love with a doll named Truly by judy Parker she is asking $950.00 down from $1050, there is acrack in the back of his head. I think this is not much of a discount for such damage. I am 72 yrs. old on a fixed income and doubt my husband would let me spend that much. Anyway jennifer is lovely and I would buy from her again. The dolls are beautiful and I'd buy from her again. The dolls arrived on time too.

Buying reborns online is a very scary proposition since there are hundreds of scam and knock off reborn sites out there who will either steal your money or send you a cheap $10 Wal-Mart doll instead of what was promised. This is where Reborns.com is a different. All our artists and sellers are well vetted. As long as you purchase from a seller who has been on our system for a few months and they have some order history and/or reviews under their you will be safe. On top of that, if you order using PayPal (not friends and family) you will also be protected by PayPal's buyer protection program in case they don't send you anything or send you something different than promised.
