      I got a few more people to contact about this company. The MM staffing in springboro Ohio are truly unprofessional. To be honest, I’m a little amazed they’re still in business. Before the company was great. I came across one of the woman who used to work there and she informed me she quit due to the rude girl named shawana. She even told me they get people to put fake reviews on there to make them look more professional. I have had the unnecessary pleasure of constantly dealing with Shawana and her being rude is just an understatement. She is down right disrespectful. First time I had to deal with her rudeness is when I had a job that kept making excuses to hire me in. I spoke to Shawana and she had the nerve to tell me she would stay even if she didn’t get hired in and just work as a temps of course because you get paid for us remaining as temps. She was rude and I’ve dealt with other temps in my life and no other one has came this unprofessional and rude. Many care about helping their clients and making sure they get you a job that suits YOU. Minuteman at this location is the opposite. I thanked her for getting me this new job but as I started working it’s not even a 40 hr job and I have three kids and a family. In this economy I have to make sure to provide for them. When I spoke to her to let her know I’ll continue working but I’ll need something better. At the end of my shift the boss informed me to contact the staffing agency cause he is confused as minuteman ended my assignment and he didn’t understand why. I called them up and the rude girl as always shawana answers and when I asked her she first lied and accused the company of ending my contact. This isn’t the first time they’ve lied. When I brought up no, I spoke to the main guy and he said you ended my contact. Her tune changed and she got rude and said “Yeah, we ended it” She is the most rudest and unprofessional person I’ve ever spoke to at any temp service.

      Terrible, Elyria Ohio branch, Bad hiring tactics, They don't tell you anything you will be doing before they send you out to the job.

      Was attempting to speak with Andrew about a situation that occurred in his Elyria ohio location in regards to his employees. Andrew placed me on hold then proceeded to tell me that he spoke with his staff and he heard enough about the situation and that he will not be speaking with me anymore in regards to this issue. Andrew spoke over me the whole conversation and after asking to speak with someone else because the conversation was clearly not getting anywhere, Andrew hung up. Very unprofessional and did not help at all
