    Stacey **** agreed to host a fundraiser for my family when we fell on hard times due to outages with work due to hurricane and holidays as I work at a school and she’s states numberous times that she was going to send the funds that were collected for my family. No funds were received. She owes me $125 and won’t send the funds while continuing to sell spots in other vendor events. She has verbally assaulted me, degraded me as well as belittled me when I brought up the fact I hadn’t been paid yet while collecting funds from others for a fundraiser for her and other events and constantly asking for money.

    I apologize for some reason I can not get my live videos to post. So here's a little recap:

    I'm on Day 6 of being in the hospital, I have had surgery, I have had a mini stroke and some very unpleasant complications.  

    The ******* Family Fundraiser ended on November 21, 2024 I have been in the hospital for 6 days now trying to recover. 

    To start drama while someone is recovering from surgery and in the hospital is one thing, to do it on a holiday and report them to the BBB is just ridiculous.

    Key facts to know:
    ~The ******* Family did receive one payout. 
    ~I did have to get a new debit card. (Not my fault it takes banks forever to send one)
    ~I have been in constant contact with her or him.
    ~My business partner had been in contact with him or her last night. 
    ~To spread lies and misinformation that I cussed her out and am withholding money is not the truth. 
    ~I have asked my friend who has been visiting me everyday to help me with transferring the money via Zelle to her. 

    The only way I'm able to use my phone as much as I do is with talk to text and with help. 

    To **** ******* I hope you are satisfied with your actions. You have been removed from all events groups with Palooza Multi Vendor Events LLC for causing so much drama!

    Ms ******* has also reported to bullying, belittling and blackmailing me.   She told me to have the nurse unlock my phone and acted like she knew everything. 

    Please advise how to proceed. My business partner has also been copied on this email.

    I am submitting a formal complaint regarding Palooza Multi Vendor Events LLC, a business operated by an individual using the name "Stacey ****" or "Stacey *****." I believe it is important to report this fraudulent business practice to protect future consumers. I purchased Pomifera products from Stacey ****/*****, who claimed to be affiliated with Palooza Multi Vendor Events LLC. After making full payment, I was promised that my items would be shipped. However, despite multiple attempts to obtain tracking information and follow up on my purchase, I have not received the products. To make matters worse, I was blocked from further communication with her. This individual is using aliases and operating under her business name, which raises significant concerns about her legitimacy and business practices. I believe this constitutes a pattern of fraudulent behavior and I request that the BBB investigate this case to protect other potential customers from falling victim.

    seller sold items via Facebook on 2/2/23 totalling $85.00 which was paid to her via Facebook pay. On the 12th she provided a UPS tracking label which is still showing pending receipt of package from vendor. requests for status of items or refund of funds have not been responded to. At this time all I want is my money back.

    I paid for the black Friday group event and year long vendor group event and Stacey ***** R*** removed me then blocked me. I also purchased a T-Shirt that she never sent. She told me two different times she was packaging the orders to send but still has never sent it.
