    I have sent several support emails to their ********************** email address, some through their support ticket and several just through regular email in the past year. Our Fax # has not worked for clients to fax us since around May of 2023. I have not received a response as to why the fax # is not working and they are still drafting my payment of $53.88. The most recent one was last fall on 9/23/2023. There is no way to stop services on their website, and they won't respond via the support ticket or through email. At this point I am just trying to be able to port my fax # to another company to be able to have a fax that works. But when the other company tries to do that, they are being told that the # is disconnected and can't be ported.

    We have been using Click to Fax as our fax provider since 2017. In the beginning of June, 2023 our # no longer worked. I have tried using customer support which can only be accessed via emails. They have no phone # to call. One of the emails said, “We no longer have your number”. I have sent 6 -7 emails trying to find out who they gave our number to. They never responded to any of my emails. There is not resolution from this company. I am trying to sign up with a new company and the new company cannot get Click to Fax to respond. The new company is trying to port our fax number and Click to Fax is rejecting all requests. So, Click to Fax will not respond, they will not tell us what they did with our fax number and they are making it impossible for our new company to port our fax number for new service. Can you please help get me a resolution to this situation?
