    Sep 2023 contacted Garage PhD (Prince ********) to install a new garage door, he agreed. I placed an order for the garage door @ Menards and when it came in, I was to contact Mr. ********. October 2023 the door arrived, I let Mr ******** know and a date was set to install (Oct 21, 2023). He called me 10/21/23 to say he was involved in an accident @ Menards and couldn't make it that day and we rescheduled for 10/23/2023. He sent his "crew." They did the tear down, but, could not haul the old door. There were several minor issues once they finished, but the "lead" crew guy agreed to come back the next day. I met him @ 3925 and he fixed one thing that day, however, after he left, the garage door just did not function smoothly; it was still "herky-jerky." I consulted (by phone) another garage company and was told that old parts should not be mixed with new parts and that could possibly be the source of the problem. I called Mr. ******** again, set up an appointment to correct this issue and he was a no show that Sunday we agreed he would be there. I sent a certified letter to his last known address and it was returned to me, unopened. At this point, I want the garage door fixed properly with the new parts I purchased.

    In reference  to ID ********, I 'd like for the record to reflect that Mr. Prince ******** came to the address listed in the complaint and repaired the garage door to my complete satisfaction.  He removed the extra pieces and assured me that if future work was needed, "don't hesitate to call him." I appreciated his prompt and professional disposition.
