    In June I had a new garage door and opener installed by Precision Garage Door of Cleveland. The opener they installed was far noisier than the twenty-year-old Liftmaster I was replacing, it was also vibrating something fierce. Being naïve I let the installer tell me that it would break in and quiet down. Fast forward to October. I had enough of the noisy vibrating garage door opener and called Precision to complain. They sent out a tech and after hearing the noise and feeling the vibration they agreed to replace the opener. They replaced it. Lo and behold this opener was the loudest and noisiest yet. The installer said he would inform the operations manager of the faulty opener and the operations manager would be in touch with me to set up a solution to the problem. Three weeks passed without a word from the operations manager. I then placed three calls and left three messages for the operations manager and I never received a return call. I am sure the operations manager or the owner of Precision Garage Door would not be happy with this opener in their garage. I just want what is right, a properly working quiet garage door opener.

    Hello,

    We are aware of the customers' complaint. However, we are not quite sure how to help at this point. We have already swapped out the garage door motor with a new one under warranty. We had actually taken the unit the customer complained about down, and installed it here at our office in our training area. That unit is working as it should and it not noisy at all. We will, one last time, go back to the customers' house to evaluate. I can not guarantee there will be anything done, but we will check it out one last time and go from there. Due to customers consistent BBB complaints, we will be limiting all conversations to strictly email going forward. This way there is a record of everything. We will reach out to customer via email today to schedule a return visit. Thank you
