    I hired this company in 2020 to add an extension on the back of my house the sales man talked a good game but the quality of work is horrible. during the process I kept telling the salesman and owner Pat of my concerns but they just told me it would all be great when completed. i had to call several times after completion because when it rained it would rain in my house through the door and windows they put in. they had someone come out finally and he said the gutter system was installed incorrectly and he did something to repitch it. they didn’t solve the problem and Pat stopped returning my calls. I have since had to replace the sliding glass door and windows with Window Nation and now my roof is leaking. I will need to replace that too. Be very wary of this company. I have pictures too!

    I received a Green Home Heating and Cooling card from someone who lives in my area. On their business card, they advertise, "heating, cooling, home remodeling" etc. I recently called Green Home Heating and Cooling to receive an estimate for replacing 3 deck boards and told the receptionist that I was referred by a gentleman that had his whole deck replaced by this company. I never received a call back. On my way home from the store, I walked past the home of the same man who referred me to Green Home and happened to see a Green Home Heating and Cooling worker, doing some work on the deck and I asked if he could stop by to take a look at my 3 deck boards that need replacing. He said "Sure, I will come by as soon as I'm finished here." I gave him my address (which is right up the street) and he never showed up. This business does not do small jobs. They don't tell you up front that they want a bigger job but instead will not call you back or will say they are coming and never show up.
