    I trust W.F. Hann & Sons. They are professional, reliable, & have great customer service. Rafael was a fantastic service technician. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above & beyond to assist me! I highly recommend them!

    My furnace stopped working. I called for service under my contract with Hann. Rafael **** was sent to fix the problem. During the process he took the time to explain how the furnace worked. It was quite an education. One thing I was doing wrong with my thermostat (non programmable) was reducing the temperature by 10 degrees at night and then raising it by 10 degrees for the day. A programmable thermostat will raise the heat in increments...not so on my thermostat. I learned that when I raised the heat for daytime that should be done in 4 degree increments until I reached the desired temperature. Rafael is a great tech taking time to educate and fix the problem!!

    I called WF Hann on a minor furnace repair. My old furnace repair guy had retired and I needed a new service provider. The tech arrived within 5 hours which I regard as good service. The tech was friendly and professional. The service charge was $109 which is reasonable. The single part cost was $351. It was a cold day with the furnace not working so I was stuck paying this bill. I had the same part replaced two months ago on my other furnace and I was charged $65.80. The current internet price for the same part was $46.96. I called the Hann Service Manager and he said the $351 price was accurate as they were a big company with big costs. He also tried to sell my a maintenance contract. Thus Hann charges SEVEN TIMES the internet part cost. They charge FOURTEEN TIMES the likely part cost at half the internet price of $46.96. BUYER BEWARE of Hann AGGRESSIVE PRICING!

    Mr *********, I am sorry to hear that you feel you were charged incorrectly. As I mentioned in our conversation there are many variables that go into pricing repairs. We have been around since 1907 which speaks of our longevity. We have a crew of highly and continually trained service technicians, our vans carry a large inventory of parts so we can better service our customers. When our technician came to your home he was able to diagnose, repair and completely test your furnace for proper operation all in the same visit. All our repairs are quoted upfront and guaranteed for a minimum of 1 year, this way a customer can decided if they would like to have the repair performed. Yes, we will bring up information regarding our service agreements, they are plans that can save a customer money on their diagnostic charge as well any repairs they may need. Our plans also include maintenance on your HVAC equipment. I know when we spoke regarding your concern I offered you the option of having us return to your home, remove the component we installed and give you a complete refund on your repair that way you could use any another HVAC contractor of your choice. You declined that option and you were not interested in anything else I had to say regarding your repair, you stated that you just want to post your review regarding our service. So I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service you received, especially when I offered many different options to help with the cost of the repair. Dan.

    I have been using WF Hann for many years for maintenance of furnace/AC. Recently I remodeled my kitchen which made it necessary to move the heat vent. The tech that came out did a very neat job and placed the vent exactly where I needed it. Last year they replaced furnace and AC. I received several quotes and their quote was in the middle. Due to the set up of our house I had several requests on where I wanted piping and AC lines run. One of the other companies told me it couldn't be done and the other said it would be very costly and wouldn't work right. The two techs from Hann came in and had no issue working with my requests. They came up with an even better routing for everything. It took them an extra half day because instead of just doing things the easy way they ran everything to look the best. I couldn't be happier with the work they did and the units perform much better than my old system.
