    I contacted Window Depot after their impressive reviews online. From the very start, the customer service was top notch and I never felt pressured. The installation went so smoothly and the finished product looks amazing. I'm so happy with my new windows. The 5 star reviews and A+ BBB rating are well deserved. I highly recommend Window Depot and would not hesitate to work with them again!

    I recently bought an older condo and did major renovations on it. I moved windows and replaced existing windows. Window depot replaced all of the windows and used existing siding to repair the siding where the windows were moved. They did an exceptional job. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Window Depot.

    I had a casement window installed a few weeks ago. It took a couple hours to install and I'm very happy with the new window. Window Depot did a great job and was very easy to work with. I highly recommend Window Depot!

    Our neighbors had some work done by Window Depot and they were very satisfied. We also had a great experience with them. Our order came exactly the time they stated. All the employees at this company are honest, hard working especially the installers and all do a great job. We will definitely use them in the future for other projects we need to have done.

    We were looking for a company that had not only a great selection & pricing, but one that had great customer service & track record of reviews from previous customers. Boy, did we find that with Window Depot! Everyone that was associated with our installation, from the scheduling with Sherri, initial sales presentation & communication from Paul, and all of the workers, especially Mike who was very professional, kind, and communicative! The follow up visit from Rory was unexpected but also greatly appreciated! If we ever need further remodeling done @ our home, we will certainly call upon Window Depot Cleveland!

    I cannot express enough how great it was to work with window Depot to get new windows. Sean, my sales person, was awesome and answered all of my questions anytime I had them via text or phone call. It was always what was more convenient for me which I loved. He priced out different options and brought samples out here for us to look at. The windows came in much sooner than was expected and scheduling the installation was a breeze!! The person came out and installed them. He was nice. He was quick. He did an excellent job and cleaned up everything after he left. My windows are amazing and I cannot wait to get more. I would strongly encourage anyone who is looking for windows to contact the crew at window depot!!

    My experience from initial consultation with Sean from Window Depot to the follow up visit from Rory was with exceptional service! I had all the house windows replaced and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the installation team got the job done and very professionally. Even my contractor who is renovating the house commented on the windows and how well they were installed!! Custom service is at the heart of Window Depot! I even found out that they will come out and fix window screens when need be! I will not hesitate to use them for future window installation needs!!! Highly recommend!!!

    Window Depot installed an entry door and foyer window and did a fantastic job! They were easy to work with throughout the entire process and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. We would definitely use Window Depot again and we highly recommend this company!!

    We went with Window Depot after getting a number of estimates to replace almost 30 windows. Ryan was helpful and worked with us to make sure we got our preferred windows at a reasonable price and he was clear and communicative throughout the process. Once windows were ready to be installed Window Depot scheduled and started installation in less than a week. And the install team was able to get all windows in and installed in less than 3 days even during the holidays. Highly recommend considering Window Depot for any of your window needs!
