    This organization represents everything that is wrong with US healthcare. Prospective patients should know that this Vivo Infusion is owned by InTandem Capital Partners (a private equity company). They continue to acquire smaller, regional, high quality infusion centers. Then they downgrade clinical providers and hire less expensive talent. Patients are unable to call individual infusion center locations and all calls are directed to a call center. The process to schedule infusions is incredibly burdensome. Vivo has a pattern of misfiling patient paperwork, not following up with patients and making scheduling so difficult that patients infuse later than their physicians recommend. Private equity cares about profit, not patients. This is a business that focuses on EBITDA and growth, not on providing timely, high quality healthcare. Patients should avoid this company at all costs. They are very difficult to deal with and trying to get your medication on time becomes extraordinarily stressful with Vivo.
