  Junk Gone Today came out to remove from demolition debris from our garage on 04/17/23. They initially quoted us 750 for the entire job, then after completing the work they stated they did not realize how much junk there was and admitted they didn't look into the garage enough to see the scope of the work. They only completed a third of the agreed upon work and then stated that it would be about 3x more expensive to complete the job. We let them know we would need to think about that and they said we will receive a call from their office to collect payment. They began calling us incessantly while we were driving and could not answer, they also texted us threatening to dump the truck worth of garbage onto our property. When we were able to respond we let them know about our concerns with the price and that we do not give them permission to reenter our property and that we would consider that tresspassing. They did not call again or respond by text. Junk Gone Today's employee ****** returned to our property today with no warning, Sunday 04/23/23, with a different trailer full of someone else's junk and a few items that they removed from our garage and started dumping it onto the end of our driveway, in doing so they allowed trash to fall on my vehicle and blocked my car into the driveway. The majority of the trash that they dumped was not ours, but from another job, including appliances, lumber, food waste, and more. Junk Gone Today violated many city code violations by doing this and it will take a considerable amount of our time and money to resolve this. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would say that they are trying to take advantage of people.

  Customer agreed to pay $750 for removal service, once we were done loading, now customer says I'm not paying you anything sue me. We've been in business for close to 15 years Satisfying local Clevelanders and Beyond. We don't do this kind of business. We also returned and removed every load at our cost. Customer ripped us off.
