    Patrick did a great job taking down an old pine tree in my yard along with cutting branches away from my house. He was reasonably priced and came the day he promised and did a thorough job cleaning up. Highly recommend him for any yard needs!

    I would give AM PM Property Maintenance more than 5 stars, if it was an option! We had large branches break off our big maple tree during the tornado we had in Brook Park. I found Patrick on the BBB website, reached out to him, and he was the first company to contact me! He came out the same day to give me a quote, and I actually added a tree removal to the storm damage work order. One week later, the work was done! Their prices are very reasonable, and their work is seamless! Patrick is very reliable and a man of high integrity! We plan to use Patrick for additional work in the future!

    Highly recommend AMPM! Patrick removed a large fallen limb from my front yard. Was professional, timely and great communication. All work was done, as promised, at a reasonable rate.
