      This is correct - The city requires all lead exams to produce pictures of the exterior of the homes. I am not sure why this is a problem.

      If that’s the law, fine, but this guy was all in my basement, without my permission, and everything else!
      What is more disturbing is that, we are trying to figure out, how PB Free Ohio license has expired with the city of Cleveland in 2023, Revoked on 7/12/2025, and he’s still representing himself as an “official lead inspector vendor for Cleveland!”
      Look it up!

      ****** manages the business. Your inspector is a licensed lead risk assessor. I am not going to get into a fight with you about this. Your inspection was done pursuant to all laws. I am sorry that you do not approve of the requirements, but that is not my call. It is the law.
