    I purchased a stainless refrigerator from this business on 10/21/23. I paid for delivery which was an additional hundred dollars that I paid out of pocket.The refrigerator was delivered on 10/25/23. Upon retrieval I plugged in the refrigerator and went to bed. The next morning the refrigerator never froze I set it to the highest setting still nothing eventually it cut off and did not cut back on . I reached out to the owner he offered me a white refrigerator I declined due to the fact my other appliances are stainless steel. He told me he would have someone pick it up and bring me a refund no one has yet to come. I continued to reach out he said he would return the money now my phone calls are being blocked. I am on a fixed income and don’t have much since then I have lost all my food and have to eat out of a cooler. Because I don’t have enough the extra money to purchase another refrigerator.

    April 8, 2022 I purchased a brand new Samsung Flex washer and dryer unit from MKH Liquidations. I used the 90 day same as cash method of payment through ***** *******(**** * ******) The Flex washer spins so hard that it rocks and put holes in the laundry room walls. I contacted Samsung for a service appointment and Samsung informed me the unit has no warranty. They also said I cannot purchase and extended. ***** ******* said the above mentioned matter is not their problem. Mkh Liquidations informed me I can't return or exchange the unit. I have been spinning my wheel for 30 days with the above mentioned parties. I have a beautiful Flex washer in my laundry room that I paid well over $1,500 just taking up space.

    I bought a dryer from him for 100$ when I got it hooked up it did not work I confronted him about it and he responded with “ I told you it was new I didn’t tell you it worked” then he threatened to **** ** *** if I didn’t leave his store. It is a dirty unsafe place from what I can see he has the forklift driving through there with his kids running around with zero regard for safety. But those are his kids at end of the day I want my money back!!
