    Sorry I can't give ZERO STARS !
    Picked me up 1/2 hour late ... NO APOLOGY driver was ********
    Never showed up for pick up after my procedure,had to take a ***** My advice: NEVER CALL GENEX, inefficient liars

    Genex was to pick me up for an important medical appointment and they were late so I missed an appointment for an upcoming surgery. This was the third time I have had issues with the business. The vans are often dirty and don't have seat belts.
