    3-4 weeks ago, I got paid through a company that sent my money to Rise, I tried to withdraw it through my bank account with my perfectly normal/able bank account and Rise kept denying it saying that it wasn’t “successfully verified” So I called the bank and even had them send me a direct deposit form to make sure everything was correct. I asked the Rise support team why my bank was getting denied for the us transfer option. They said to call my bank, already did, or try on different devices and different WiFi networks. I did this on 4 different devices, computers and phones like the support team said and it still didn’t work. Then I tried to use their other options by withdrawing through crypto/coinbase. My COINBASE account has all the verification complete and is a working able account but it kept getting denied through Rise and rise would have weird errors like random letters and stuff that looked like bugs that would pop up after., (screenshots listed below) it also said that “I am not the owner of the account” which doesn’t make any sense. All throughout this time I’ve been going back and forth with support while they keep saying they are going to contact the “tech team” to help my case. It has been 4 weeks and they are still giving me the same responses on how they are gonna tell the “tech team” to work on my case every few days. Ive asked the support person for more specifics and if they will know when I will get updates but they said they can’t tell me. Keep in mind I’ve done all the verification they require so that is not a issue. I’ve looked at some reviews upon coming into this issue and have seen that many other people have accused them of this scam too.

    riseworks rejected me rudely and didn't even bother to explain the reason. I have no idea what happened. This is my first time using riseworks. Their service attitude is like a third world tyrant. I don't understand how such a company can exist. I hope they improve their service and stop acting so arrogantly.

    Dear BBB Team,

    I am writing to file a complaint against Rise Works, Inc. regarding the unjust blocking of my verified account, which has caused a significant disruption to my ability to receive payments. I followed all their procedures and provided original, government-issued identification to complete the verification process. My account was successfully verified on October 12th, and I even signed the necessary agreements as part of their policy.

    However, just 4 days later, my account was suddenly blocked, and I was informed that my documents were "not verified." This explanation is not only vague but also unjustified, considering I submitted original documents that were accepted through their advanced AI verification system. All of my family members using Rise Works were successfully verified without any issues, which makes this situation even more perplexing.

    I have tried reaching out to Rise Works' support team multiple times, requesting a re-verification or a more detailed explanation, but their response has been uncooperative. They refuse to address the situation adequately, and I am left without any clear recourse.

    Rise Works currently monopolizes the payout process for clients, leaving me with no alternative to receive my salary and payouts. This is putting me in a financially vulnerable position, and I feel that they are misusing their power and position by blocking accounts without valid reasons.

    I am not a criminal; I have fully complied with their verification process, and yet I am being unfairly penalized. Without access to my Rise Works account, I am unable to receive my salary and other payments. I am urgently requesting your assistance in investigating this matter and helping me get my account unblocked.

    Thank you for your time and consideration. I sincerely hope the BBB can help me resolve this issue promptly.
