    Commissioned him to paint a gas tank for a motorcycle for me in February of 2022. Sent him the gas tank in March of 2022 with June being the agreed upon deadline. Was very patient with him, but he would consistently not respond or give false promises. He finally completes it in early to mid July, I sent him payment for the work ($1250 on top of the $200 gas tank I provided and shipping I paid for) on July 13th, 2022. He sends a couple of small updates but ultimately becomes impossible to get a hold of again. After bugging him for a long time, he finally ships it on August 31st of 2022. I get it and the finish is sub par and I wasn't happy with it. I debated for a while if I should say anything about my disappointment. About two months later he messages me so I decide to tell him. He was very understanding and told me to send it back. I send it back and he disappears again. He finally messages me back a few days later with some crazy story that I had somebody else mess with this tank and he won't fix it for me. Also tells me he will not return the tank to me and I have to go to Cleveland and fight him for it. I told him no and nothing happened for a while, he has a change of heart and decides to fix it and send it back, 4 months later he finally fixes it and he wasn't happy that I wasn't on my hands and knees thanking him for fixing what was his mistake to begin with and now won't send it back to me again. Told me to either pay $800 for the labor of fixing it, take him to court, or again, fight him.
