    I ordered a game from this company and a few days later, they said it was delivered in my mailbox at my address. I've checked the day of the alleged delivery date and the day after and the product was nowhere in sign. According to some of the google reviews, they are notorious of doing this amongst other things. They also do not answer the customer service phone number provided in the email. I reach out to them via email and I get this long, wordy, exaggerated lie that their proof is that the shipping company is at fault and that according to them they did deliver the product. DO NOT order from these scammers! They will steal your money and either blame you, the customer, or the shipping company.

    This review was NOT left in error! This company does not know how to advertise and ship you the correct item. They advertised/ sold me a 3 pack game (on 1 disc) & sent me 2 games. Kind of hard to get that wrong!

    This company is a complete scam. They sell through ****** and claim to sell new products, but they sell used items and then want you to pay for shipping it back.

    This controller nowhere anywhere said used when I purchased AND it’s the same price as a brand new one. $52.06 was the total after tax for this item; ******** has new ones for $35 and ******* at $44. It looks like I could’ve saved a lot of time, money and headache from buying it from a reputable company instead of this company. It would have been cheaper and I wouldn’t be having this issue with them.
    Description on ****** for the product I purchased: PowerA Enhanced Wireless Controller for ******** ****** - Animal Crossing: **** ***., ******** ****** ****, Gamepad, Game Controller, Bluetooth Controller, Rechargeable - ******** ****** They did not provide a shipping label; on the label provided it says “postage required”.
    They lie about their products and services. They have horrible reviews all over the internet and I clearly see why.
    ****** also told me to dispose of the item and I would receive a refund with their a-z guarantee, see below:
    As I have checked, the refund for this itrem is already processed as the a-z for this item si apporved and there is nothing to worry about as your a-z claim is approved on October 19, 2023, your refund will be processed within 7 days from the time of claim approved.
