      Everyone is super willing to help and they love photography plus they develop film and buy used equipment!

      I dropped photos off to scan. Prior jobs costed $1 per photo. I got a call a couple weeks later to inform me job was done and it was over $800 with each scan costing $2.50 each. I never got a call, quote or and information prior to being informed of the cost. I called back the next day and asked for consideration due to the high cost and they took a full week before they called to inform me there was nothing they could do. They told me they would change the process in the future. No help to me. Not a fan of any company that utilizes bait and switch - just awful - sad to say I won’t be back.
