      This apartment complex is atrocious. 444 Richmond Park East, The trash room on the 4th floor in building D has been locked for over a year. Trash piles up outside the door on the hall. The security doors never worked. Anyone can access the building. It supposed to only be accessible by using a key fob. The elevator has been broken for 2 years. The service elevator has been broken for more than 1 month. Senior citizens cannot take the stair up to their apartments. There is dog feces in the stair wells. The leasing office does not return calls. The corporate owner is RMS Real Estate. There is no way to reach them! I am trying to move my daughter out from the 4th floor but cannot do so because the elevator is not working. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. DO NOT lease from this place. They only want your money. They will woo you to move in, but then it's all downhill from there. This place is out of compliance based on multiple violations that have gone unrepaired.

      RHM Real Estate has not returned my application deposit since I was my application was denied to rent an apartment in their E. 4th Street portfolio. I was denied on December 18th and have patiently waited but constantly receive apologies from property manager for "corporate office" not processing the check which they claim has to be mailed to me. It's been seven weeks!!

      To anyone interested what this company is,
      This is a billion-dollar development firm whose sole goal is profits and the total value of the company and that is what they do. The quality of their buildings which I have lived in (two) and overall experience for me as a customer is bare bones and often lacking. These administration miscommunications and process delays (others in the reviews and my experience) seem to be due to the hope that ignoring the customers until they go away is a successful way to deal with current/past tenants. Other than their buildings being ugly, cheaply made/renovated, and a part of the gentrification and modernization projects there is nothing notable about this company. Even for its shady industry, I find this company disingenuous to its customers, self-serving for its leaders, and a part of a larger trend destroying the uniqueness of many cities and towns.

      Had a viewing today for a 1 bedroom apartment drove all the way here from work just to come in and be told that I would have to be rescheduled no call or anything I drove all the way here for nothing what a joke will not have to worry about me renting from this place ever unprofessional and the guy who was telling me this was saying it with a smile no I’m sorry for the inconvenience or anything will never waste my money at this apartment RED FLAG OFF RIP BEFORE I EVEN GOT TO VIEW ANYTHING

      Took over the apartment complex I lived in for 8 years. When problems came up with heat and plumbing , I questioned their response time and was threatened with a 30 day eviction notice. I have since moved into a senior housing complex; 45 days have now passed and security deposit has yet to be refunded. When I called the local rental office, I was told the request was just sent to the CFO but he was on vacation. How is that my problem. Request for return was beyond 30 day deadline. Sure would enjoy going after these guys for noncompliance issues!

      Still haven’t received money owed to me by this property company. Would not recommend doing business with them.
