In July 2022 I was approached by business in **** ***** in the painting section offering her services. She advised me that she was licensed and bonded. I told her I was looking to remodel my **** and she told me she had a whole crew. She gave me her information and I called her. She came to my house and quoted me. Such services were: 2 coats of paint, redo bathroom, cabinets, island, kitchen, stovetop, etc.  She told me she could have the job completed in a couple of weeks. I paid her approximately $40,000 with my credit card. When the work was started everything was done incorrectly and one of the workers brought their baby to the job. After seeing the work that was done incorrectly it was agreed to cut ties and she was going to refund me $10,000, however, I have not received any money.

      Good evening ******,
Yes as we discussed I did meet ****** ***** at **** ***** and she was asking the employees at the paint counter where were all the painters at. I did ask her in passing to get some paint for a project that I was working on if she needed a painter and she replied yes. I gave her a card and walked away. She called a few days later and we scheduled a meeting at the property. Upon entering I realized that Ms. ***** was in need of more than just a painter. Before the walls could be painted several things needed to happen first. Wallpaper needed to be removed for 3 rooms and all the other walls with the exception of 2 bedrooms need o be sanded, remudded, and repaired. I could tell that whoever done the demo of the property did not know how to demo, I later found out that Ms. ***** had a previous contractor and for whatever reason Ms. ***** asked him off of her property and for the two weeks before I met her her and her uncle was attempting to complete the work themselves. So we went over several items that we came to an agreement with my company servicing for her inside of the property that all consisted of interior cosmetics only. As I started this project Ms. ***** needed additional services done as well. I advised her that I do not provide the services that she needed (tree and bush removal, as well as a massive debris removal) however, being a seasoned contractor I had contacts that provided those services and I put her in contact with those contractors that I had in fact completed those things for her. The cost of those services were as follows: Tree removal $1800.00 Debris removal $800.00. I paid for those service out of deposit money that Ms. ***** sent to me with the understanding that she would reimburse the funds at a later time. That never happened. Also while working there I realized that her property was not grounded as well as she had an electrical issue that needed to be addressed. In this instance as well I gave her a few electricians contact information and she chose the one that she wanted and he came and re-wired her **** as well as grounded her ****. Again Ms, ***** did not make it to pay him at the end of his services and she asked if I could take care of him until she came and I did. His expense was $3500.00 and she promised to pay and I did not receive this money either. However, Ms. ***** showed good faith by paying the next installment towards my services so I continued to move forward with this project. Throughout the project I was present when several contractor came to provided services for Ms. ***** and everyone that came Ms. ***** complained about the services that she received in an attempt to receive credits or discounted services. **** contactors, **** ******* contractors, ******* contractors and even the well known ******** ******** that did a wonderful jib on the floors that they installed for this property. As well as the window installation company. I started to notice this pattern in Ms. ***** so I became very aware of everything that I was doing as well as being very cautious of my involvement with her as a client. The last day that me and my crew were there Ms. ***** sent her uncle to the property that came in very irate and aggressive. Making threats to shut the house down. driving crazy burning rubber. We had about 3-4 hours and her project would have been completed and I felt as though my team and myself were not in a safe environment as I told everyone to pack up and leave. It is my job as an employer to ensure the safety and well-being of myself and all my employees at all times on a site so I advised everyone to pack up and leave. I tried to call and text Ms. ***** so you saw in the previous emails and I never received a response until I received your email. All materials for the job was purchased and left on site. I know that she takes care of her mother and even though I was not willing to continue to work in threatening conditions I was willing to pay her $600.00 to finishing tying in plumbing and installing two toilets and I vanity. As well as a janitorial service that I provide free of charge to all my clients.despite the fact that I was never reimbursed for the services that I paid for for in Ms. ***** absence but I was also not reimbursed for materials that I did not agree to pay for either. Just so her mother could move into her new ****. In short I feel as though Ms. ***** is a classic example of a bad consumer that utilizes complaints in an attempt to gain services free of charge. In 17 years of service I have never had a dissatisfied customer or a customer that have not repeatedly come back to my company. You saw the photos you can make your own judgement, Also, as you probably already know yes the company that I am the CEO and President of is licensed, bonded, as well as insured.
      Thank you,
      Kianna Williamson,
      CEO & President
