    I have been renting for 13-15 years and renting through cleveland bricks has by far been the absolute worst experience.
    upon moving in, regina wasn’t even present (which she told me she would be), had to wait til she responded to give me the code to the lock box to get the keys. the dishwasher was completely broken and we had to wait 2+ weeks to get a new one, the shower head was spraying all over the bathroom, locks on some of the windows don’t work (in fact one of the windows is painted shut). oh and one of the windows didn’t close all the way with the AC unit installed. Besides the dishwasher, everything else has been ignored.
    the biggest issue was when we installed our dryer. we learned through the electrical contractor (who only was here because we couldn’t figure out why the dryer wouldn’t t turn on) that he had told regina when the house was vacant that the house required a full electrical upgrade and rewire and she ignored his advice. his team had been working here for a few weeks when they found a hot wire in the basement. anyone with a brain knows how dangerous this is.
    we have been in this rental since august and it is now april and the electrical work is STILL not done. we have been incredibly inconvenienced with having to be home every time the electrical team is here, several hours of no power over the last few months and food going bad in the fridge etc. i complained to regina and her boss and regina unprofessionally jumped down my throat, told me we weren’t in danger (ummm hello - hot wires????) and that this work was planned. ummm YEAH RIGHT! we would have never signed the lease if we knew this would be the case. She also told me it’s taking this long because of my schedule. I work from home so I am here all the time and my fiance works weird hours so he is usually here too.
    We are now working with a legal team currently since this property management team is so neglectful.

    CONSTANT LYING ON BLAMING TENANTS FOR REPAIRS NEEDED AND RETALIATION WITH NON- RENEWAL OF LEASE!

    Hello Linda R,
    I have a complete list of the repairs completed for your home. We have replaced toilets, faucets, showers, floors, and sump pumps, repaired ceilings , repainted, re-caulked, and even hung up a wireless doorbell all in a timely manner. Many of these repairs were outside the scope of normal wear and tear, however in an effort to better serve you we wanted to complete them. I am not sure where the lying or blaming comes from but, our non-renewal of your lease is in no way a retaliation for any of these repairs, our ownership has chosen to go in a different direction with your unit. Please let me know if you have any questions and I would be happy to answer them or help you solve any outstanding issues. Thank you
