      My tires were damaged, had to buy two new rear tires i called and left a voicemail and filed a complaint no one still has reached out to me. Tires are not cheap, i feel i should be compensated or something since my tires were damaged.

      My car was damaged and gone through while they had my vehicle. I have made multiple claims online and Marc Manos keeps closing out the claim. Saying that the damage was reported before they took it. No one will call to talk to me it is only email and no “proof” from the company. One of their employees drove my car after I gave him the key, because he said it would cost me more if I didn’t. I want the damage caused while it was in their possession fixed.

      Customer service is not their priority. Last I checked customer service requires a live person to help, not an automated message. They also have no option to speak with anyone at all. I have tried multiple ways to contact this company and still haven't had a call back or an email from them.

      Horrible, no care or respect for others. They drove across my new lawn and plumbing to repo the neighbors car, was rude, refused to get off my property and drove away when I asked how he plans on fixing the damage .

      My car was repossessed by them which I understand they we’re doing they job but putting damages on your vehicle is a total different story, I don’t think they train the drivers how to hook the cars up because my tie rod broke and radiator was smashed when I picked my car up my car was driving funny I called the dealership and made an appointment I took my car in and the dealership had told me the damages they did I made a complaint and I still haven’t heard from them now I can’t drive my car which is 2021 Kia Forte gt line and they need to really investigate for the damages they caused to my vehicle.

      They swapped my battery with an old one that don't even work. My truck is a **** **** **** with a blue certified from ford. So I know what exactly my battery looked liked. And they told me nobody touch the vehicle. Come on I'm a mechanic I ain't stupid. Just give me my battery back or reimburse me with the battery I bought so I can drive my vehicle to work. I'm gonna file a suit if I have to.

      Relentless recovery is full of shit and they staff is fucking thief’s, my car was repoed I had some marijuana in my trunk, I recovered everything except my weed, all the little white b!tch could say is they don’t steal! I highly doubt that seeing all the reviews from ppl stuff been stole! They really need to be investigated, I really think we should be allowed back to get our own property that would eliminate all the stealing they get away with!
