    On 2/19/2024 I purchased a Maytag washer and dryer at **** *** ***** *** unknowingly from their 16 year old son. I was told that the products would be delivered in two hours. I was told that they only take cash. Me and my sister ride back past the store to see them loading the merchandise onto a hitch attached to a truck. So I went home and waited 2 hours turned to 4 hours that then turned to 8. I googled the address and it gave me a number and I called. The number was for a previous renter and she said that she keep getting calls regarding these people selling appliances and not delivering them. So at 9:45 pm my sister ride past and they had a moving truck trying to clear out the store so she called me and I contacted police. The police came and I explained what was going on and they said that it was a civil matter. They tried talking to him but he became irate and said that he was not giving me back my money. They merchandise is just sitting outside so I’m left to believe that it doesn’t work because we have snow.

    I purchased a stove and refrigerator from them Sat Aug 6th. I specifically asked the kid who acts as their sales man can the items be delivered on Monday (I was leaving out of town Friday the 12th) he said yes…..come to find out they ain’t even open on Monday (just a blatant lie) contact them thru Facebook market place, they say they’ll come tues, then weds, then thurs …each day a different excuse…….finally Thursday I request for my money back considering I never took possession of the items , they were never delivered, whoever runs their page refuses to return the money. I paid $250 total for both appliances plus $50 for delivery
